Content guidelines
Smolder is for two consenting adults. These are the rules everyone using the app agrees to — the same bullets shown in the in-app welcome flow.
Ground rules
- You and any partner using Smolder must be 18 or older.
- Custom prompts you write live only on your device — keep them within the App Store rules: no minors, no illegal acts, no hate, no harassment.
- Photos you save to Memories must be of consenting adults. Don't capture or store images of anyone who hasn't agreed.
- Whisper messages between paired phones are private to the two of you. Treat your partner with respect and don't send anything they haven't asked for.
- If anything in the app — bundled or shared with you — feels off, report it from Settings → Legal and we'll review it.
How to report a concern
If anything in Smolder — bundled content or something shared with you — feels off, email us from the address you use on your Apple ID so we can correlate reports responsibly:
